Meeting a pastor’s need in Nairobi

In the past year, Pastor David’s ministry has taken on an even greater significance in light of the political unrest and violence in Kenya. Because of his courage and enduring commitment to share the Gospel, he is bringing the hope of Jesus to many who feel hopeless and abandoned.

“Please accept my sincere thanks for these gifts from God,” says Pastor David. “You have encouraged me in my ministry, and you have encouraged so many others to study God’s Word. It is my prayer that you continue to serve Him. May God bless you richly.”

Pastor David’s thanks are echoed by people throughout Kenya; they depend on the prayers and gifts of partners like you. Your support today to provide God’s Word will result in even greater impact throughout Africa and worldwide!

African pastors express that sometimes they feel unprepared for the work God has given them to do. Pastor David is no exception. Serving as mission director for a church in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, he ministers in schools and prisons. In a metropolitan area of 2.8 million, this might seem to be an overwhelming task.

Just what he needed.

Five years ago, Pastor David realized he needed help to accomplish his ministry assignment. “Then I came to know Bible League,” he shares. God knew what I needed to do my work well. Through Bible League, He provided the training, study materials, and Bibles I needed to reach more people for the Lord. Thousands have completed Bible studies, received Bibles, and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior because of what Bible League provided to me.

At just the right time.
