Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will develop organizational financial well-being by projecting and developing diverse revenue streams and opportunities; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement and forecasting and building capital to fund current ministry and ministry expansion.
Duties - This individual will develop organizational financial well-being by projecting and developing diverse revenue streams and opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement and forecasting and building capital to fund current ministry and ministry expansion.
- This person will also be involved in strategically determining global finance staffing needs, providing strategic financial planning and direction leading the full implementation of global asset management and establishing financial operational strategies.
- Responsibilities include developing organizational financial prospects, monitoring and reporting on organizational financial performance and contributing to financial and organizational success.
Qualifications - Must be a Christian, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and must also agree with Bible League International’s Statement of Faith.
- Candidates should have 7-10 years experience in international business or finance at a senior management level, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, strong business acumen in planning, finance, budgeting, and system automation, and knowledge of global, federal and state financial regulations.
- This individual will also have the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections, develop and implement strategic business and operating plans, provide global audit process oversight and work as an effective team leader.
- This individual must have the ability on a global level to plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and modify financial programs, informational support systems, and processes, and must possess the knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting principles, methods, techniques, and standards as applied within a global non-profit environment. International travel is required.
