Marketing Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-starter to fill our Marketing Administrative Assistant position. This individual will provide secretarial, administrative and organizational support to the Marketing Department.

Duties

  1. Maintaining communications with team members, staff and Project Managers via phone, email, fax and mail.
  2. Handle telephone calls/inquiries, correspondence and schedule meetings as requested.
  3. Receive, review, record and process invoices and purchase orders for the department and prepare monthly expense reports.
  4. Assist the Radio Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing creative production and cost elements.
  5. Assist in special events and conference management.

Qualifications

  1. Must be a Christian and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as agree with the Bible League International’s Statement of Faith.
  2. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years administrative assistant experience working with upper level executives and senior management.
  3. Accurate and efficient typing skills are required (minimum 50 wpm).
  4. Two-year degree preferred.
  5. Experience in working with agencies is preferred.
