The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and corporate communications program for Bible League International. The program is to be comprehensive in approach including all stakeholders and constituency groups.
Duties
Build, manage, and lead a high performance team with a strong sense of the mission of Bible League International and loyalty to its goals and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of and implement best practices for the marketing program within Bible League International.
In USA market: a. Develop an annual strategic marketing plan that achieves the strategic revenue and messaging goals of the ministry. b. Understand and implement a complete lifecycle marketing program including testing and analysis for greater ROI from each marketing channel. c. Manage day to day operations of the marketing department to insure objectives are met including strategies, objectives, and schedules. d. Develop and manage marketing budget maintaining financial integrity by evaluating each marketing element for the proper ROI. e. Develop and implement analytical strategies to insure results continue to improve in all channels. f. Collaborate with all functional areas to execute specific marketing plans for each.
Globally: a. Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of and relationships with all Bible League International programs, constituency groups, systems, emphases and partners. b. Provide strategic leadership for all marketing efforts globally. c. Develop and insure brand integrity globally. d. Develop the marketing vision for Bible League International and drive that through the organization by being the marketing spokesperson and advocate within the organization. e. Partner with internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of identifying tactical marketing opportunities to grow the income and awareness of Bible League International globally.
Identify and recommend new marketing channels and opportunities for the future growth of the ministry.

Qualifications
Must be a Christian, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must also agree with our Statement of Faith and conduct him/herself in a Christ like manner.
Commitment to a ministry of Scripture placement by partnering with local churches to train nationals to share God’s Word so people can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Ten years of experience in Marketing that includes the following: a. Both profit and nonprofit sectors, b. Global marketing, c. Advertising, d. Direct fundraising/selling, e. Direct mail, f. Internet and WEB marketing (including SEM), g. Social media marketing, and h. Media purchasing and production,
Experience in all major areas of Marketing with demonstrated success and evidence of ability to plan and execute a plan.
A minimum of five years experience in a marketing leadership position within an organization along with demonstrated ability to supervise/manage/lead professional marketing team members and coach/develop/motivate team to accomplish objectives.
Experience in the management of external relationships with marketing consultants, media production companies and other consulting/contracting organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field, with a Master’s degree a plus.
Strong organizational skills along with excellent communication skills.
Must be a goal-oriented person. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and able to juggle multiple tasks.
